Returns & Refund Policy

We take a lot of pride in hand-pouring each and every one of our candles and wax melts. Our candles and melts are made using natural soy wax, premium fragrance oils, and cotton wicks, resulting in a candle that is cleaning-burning, fragrant, and long-lasting.  

If your candle (or other scented product) doesn't burn exactly the way you think a candle should perform, please contact us at hollyshandpouredhobbies@gmail.com or (419) 371-6592 so we can make it right! Please contact us before proceeding with the below.

We will exchange any merchandise in its original condition within 30 days of purchase along with a copy of your original invoice. You may exchange your merchandise by listing the items you want to exchange, on your invoice, and mailing the item(s), via USPS, to:

• If you prefer to do a porch drop-off, we ask that you contact us, to arrange a day and time to drop the item back off. 

You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or defective). Your original payment method will be charged or credited when the return/exchange is processed.
